Glass lamp made of milk white glass, specifically triplex opal, in a shape of a chessman – the bishop, which was designed at the beggining of 1970s by the artist Ivan Jakeš and made in the lighting factory in Valašské Meziříčí. This lamp creates thanks to its subtle warm light very nice atmosphere and more than some usual table lamp, it is an original light decoration! It was a popular stage prop in many Czechoslovak movies and buying it just cannot be a wrong move, whether you like playing chess or not.
