The "Jamaica" bar stool created by Spanish designer Pepe Cortés for the company BD Barcelona. In the 1970s, Cortés founded the Open Design Group with other artists and designers. The chair has an ergonomic, saddle-shaped seat, which is made of solid, lacquered beech. The legs are made of chrome-plated steel. The stool has not been refurbished but is in perfect condition.
