A wooden chair was made in the seventies by the company Dřevopodnik Holešov, based in a smaller Czech town. The company had its own group of designers, Hřivnáč, Bočan and Šrámek. The design of this chair is similar to works of Ludvík Volák who, in the same period, designed furniture made of bent plywood. This chair is completelly made of bent plywood. The chair is upholstered with black faux leather. It it in a very good condition, slight wear and tear of plywood and upholstering is visible in the photographs.
