A classic wooden eye chart made in the eighties in the Czech town Kroměříž. The eye chart, a table of letters of gradually decreasing size, is sometimes also called the Snellen chart, after its inventor, the Dutch ophthalmologist Hermann Snellen, who invented it in the sixties. The panel is made of wood, the front door is glazed with white translucent glass with letters on it. The inner shelves are made of metal sheets, inside each of them is one light bulb. The board is fully functional, in a good condition.
