A wardrobe made in the sixties by the company Nový domov, in the Slovak city Spišská Nová Ves. It was most likely designed by the Slovak designer František Mezulánik, as a part of the bedroom furniture set. His designs are characterized by simple timeless shapes and combinations of different coloured wood. The wardrobe has dark contrasting veneer with a distinctive pattern on the sides. The front of the cabinet is veneered with lighter veneer. The storage space is divided into lower and upper sectors, between which shallow drawers are inserted. An interesting element are the legs made of bent plywood. The wardrobe is in an excellent original condition, all damage is visible in the photographs.
