Wool carpet made in the 1980s by the French company Tapisift. Tapisift was headquartered in the small town of Neuville-en Ferrain on the French–Belgian border and primarily manufactured carpets with traditional Persian, Turkish, and East Asian motifs. With its colourful cubist patterns, this abstract design is reminiscent of a warm summer landscape. The carpet can be used in the traditional manner on the floor, but with its interesting motif, it could also be hung on the wall as a tapestry. The carpet has been thoroughly cleaned.
