Shipping options at Nanovo.
The final price including shipping and the date of delivery will be visible after adding the items to the shopping cart and filling in the delivery address, before sending payment. The information below about shipping and packaging is merely for orientation.
Have you picked out a lamp, armchair, or wardrobe? You can choose between several shipping options. Before we send your order, we will contact you by email with information about its delivery. If you opt to collect your order in person, we will send you an email as soon as it is ready to pick up.
Personal pickup
It is possible to pick up your order in person in Prague at the address: Nanovo, Mladoboleslavská 1096, Prague 19, 197 00. You will be able to collect your order as soon as you receive an email from us letting you know that it is ready.
Shipping to the Czech Republic and Slovakia
We send smaller packages (up to 100 x 50 x 50 cm) with the carrier GLS (Czech Republic – next day delivery; Slovakia – delivery within 48 hours of shipping). For every package, we send the customer a package number and a link where they can track the order.
We send larger shipments (furniture) with the carrier Toptrans (Czech Republic – next day delivery; Slovakia – delivery within 48 hours of shipping). With standard delivery, the carrier will bring the package only to the outside door of the building. In the Czech Republic, it is possible to upgrade the delivery service to Toptrans Comfort, in which case the carrier will bring the package all the way inside the flat or home. For every package, we send the customer a package number and a link where they can track the order.
Shipping to countries within the European Union
We send smaller packages (up to 100 x 50 x 50 cm) with the carrier GLS (delivery within 2 to 3 business days). In some cases, we also send packages with the carrier DHL (delivery within 2 to 3 business days). For every package, we send the customer a package number and a link where they can track the order.
We send larger shipments (furniture) with the carrier DHL. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country (3 to 5 business days). With standard delivery, the carrier will bring the package only to the outside door of the building. In selected countries, it is possible to upgrade the delivery service to Convelio Comfort, in which case the carrier will bring the package all the way inside the flat or home. For every package, we send the customer a package number and a link where they can track the order.
Delivery to countries outside of the European Union
We send smaller packages (up to 100 x 50 x 50 cm) with the carrier DHL or with the Czech Postal Service. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country (4 to 14 business days). For every package, we send the customer a package number and a link where they can track the order. Export duties from the Czech Republic are included in the price of shipping. Import duties in the destination country are not included in the price of shipping, nor are we able to calculate them. For more detailed information, contact the customs authority of the destination country.

Comfort service – Delivery all the way into your home
In the Czech Republic, upgraded delivery services are offered through Toptrans Comfort. The carrier will bring the package all the way into your home, unpack it, and then take away all the unneeded packing materials. They provide next day delivery. For every package, we send the customer a package number and a link where they can track the order.

Delivery in Prague
In Prague and the surrounding area, we send packages up to XL size with the courier DoDo. Delivery time varies depending on the destination (2 to 7 hours). The carrier will bring the package only to the outside door of the building, but in some cases, it may be possible to arrange for the driver to assist in carrying the package to the flat. We will contact the customer by phone before delivery.
