Our main goal is a satisfied customer . That's why we try to do everything! Every working collaboration must have rules ! Therefore, by shopping with us, you confirm that you know about these rules and that you agree with them.

The conditions below apply to e- commerce www.nanovo.cz 

1. Ordering goods and services     
By ordering goods from us, a purchase contract is created between us. Its subject is the goods specified in your order. His description and specific properties, which are the goods in our e- shop listed . The description can but despite this , that it always after each other twice read, to discover the error. Therefore - if you have any questions or comments - do not hesitate to call or write to us. 
We promise that we will only supply you with goods in perfect condition, whether they are new or used goods . Our used renovated furniture and accessories are not equipped with instructions, they are carefully repaired according to the description and guaranteed to function. If some of our goods do not meet it, it is always written in its description on the e- shop.
In order to be able to shop with us, it is necessary to fill in all the required data in the order. By sending such an order, the mentioned purchase contract is created between us. Unfortunately, we can terminate this if the goods are not in stock for some reason and we are no longer able to obtain them under the same conditions (same price, delivery date, etc.). But we will always discuss such a situation with you by phone first! When delivering goods without quantifying VAT, a special regime is used in accordance with Section 90 of Act No. 236/2004 on VAT, as amended. This applies in particular to used furniture and home accessories .
 

2. Order confirmation     
We immediately see your order in the system - the delivery time is indicated for each item . Once in ur order is ready to send, we will in ás inform and send in ies details about the shipment and its monitoring. Alternatively , we will ask you to pick up the order in person. If there is any problem or change with the order, we will always let you know in time. We will only confirm that your order has arrived by an automatically generated e-mail. However, we will let you know by email as soon as it is ready to be picked up or sent to you. If this does not happen, do not hesitate to contact us yourself.  

3. Order cancellation     
About bjednávku you cancel within 24 hours by telephone or e-mail. Just provide the name, e-mail, order number and information about the goods.

4. Postage and packing     
In the case of smaller items, we will send you the ordered goods via GLS (Czech Republic, European Union) or DHL (Other countries). I send furniture around the Czech Republic using the Toptrans service and abroad using the DHL service. We send the goods to the account after payment in advance . It is also possible to pick up in person at our branch ( Nanovo, Mladoboleslavská 1096 , 197 00 Prague 19 ) during its opening hours, only after an e-mail or telephone confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up. The buyer is obliged to take over the ordered goods and pay for them. In the case of purchasing goods online, proof of payment is available immediately after payment of the goods to the buyer after logging into our online store.

5. Delivery time     
We try to send each order as soon as possible! The detail of each product shows when we are able to send it . The shipping time for the product in stock varies from 2 days to 4 weeks. For products that we have from suppliers, the delivery time is 6 - 8 weeks.    

6. Exchange or return of goods     
If necessary, we will exchange your unused and undamaged goods for another type. Just send goods securely packaged s registered parcel to our address ( anew, Mladoboleslavská 1096, 197 00 Prague 19 , Jiri Mrazek, +420 603 245 362 ).  
The costs associated with the exchange are borne in full by the buyer. In the package, please state the order number and information about what and how to do! Exchange or return of goods is possible no later than 14 days from purchase. Both are only possible provided that the goods are returned to us intact and in undamaged original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Any refunds are then made by bank transfer. 

7. Complaint and warranty     
We will handle any complaints to your satisfaction by an individual agreement with you and in accordance with applicable law. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods after receipt to identify any defects and damage. The buyer is obliged to immediately report any defects to our company. We are not liable for defects caused by the carrier.
All new goods are subject to a statutory period of 24 months, unless otherwise stated. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The period of 24 months does not apply to used goods. Used goods are covered by a 6-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. 
The warranty does not cover:
a) defects caused by normal use
b) incorrect use of the product
c) incorrect storage
Complaint procedure:
1) Inform us about the complaint by phone, e-mail or in writing.
2) Send the goods as a registered package (not cash on delivery) to our address.
3) Indicate the reason for the complaint, your address, contact and order number in the shipment . 4) Please enclose proof of acquisition of the claimed goods in our store. 
We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than within 30 days of its occurrence, ie the receipt of the goods by our company.

8. Other provisions     
The prices listed on our e- shop are final, including all taxes, and do not include the price for transport. We accept payments by card, in cash upon personal collection of goods, and through PayPal (payment fee 4% of the total amount). The photos on our e- shop can be illustrative and do not show the specific piece of goods offered. Especially for used goods, the condition of a given piece may differ. The offered goods are always perfectly functional, but differences in optical condition are not a reason to acknowledge the complaint.
