This unique chandelier has a transparent plastic shade that resembles frozen icicles. Similar 'ice' lamps were produced by the Austrian company Kalmar in the 1960s. The shade consists of two circular parts, a smaller one and a larger one, and evokes ice crystals. One bulb is hidden in the inner shade and the other three are placed horizontally on its upper side. The chandelier has a solid metal construction and is suspended from a silver-plated plastic rod that is finished with a black plastic conical cap at the point where it is attached to the ceiling.
