Product detailed description
A set of nesting tables made by the company Slezákové Závody based on the design of renowned architect and designer Marcel Breuer. Breuer studied at the Bauhaus between 1921 and 1924 and became famous for his design of the B3 chair from 1927, nicknamed the Wassily after his Bauhaus teacher Wassily Kandinsky. His furniture is characterized by a tubular frame that was later repeated in many functionalist designs around the world.
The nesting tables are a set of four pieces that fit together according to size. The metal parts have been completely cleaned and left in their original condition, while the wooden tops have been refurbished.
