Wooden oak chair with a leather seat, most probably made in the 1960s or 1970s in the Scandinavian style.
The frame is stable and made of solid oak stained a honey-brown shade. A striking detail is the exposed darker double wedges on the struts beneath the seat and the legs. They serve both a structural and aesthetic purpose – celebrating traditional woodworking craftsmanship. The seat is upholstered in black leather.
The chair is in very good original condition. The finish is scuffed in places, and the upholstery has a natural patina.
