Leather armchair and footstool set produced by the Finnish company PeeM in the 1970s for the Czechoslovak market, and exclusively distributed through the Tuzex retail chain. It was considered a luxury item at the time, which is why these armchairs are often found in excellent condition today. The armchair features a leatherette frame and soft, button-tufted cushions upholstered in genuine burgundy leather. The aluminium steel base allows for swiveling and reclining.
Both the armchair and the footstool are in great original condition with a patina from regular wear and tear, as can be seen in the photos. Both have been cleaned and treated with a special leather care product.
