This unique poster, the result of a playful collaboration between Picky Parents and illustrator Ilona Polanski, follows the motifs of the large and small sets of stamps.
Ilona Polanski is one half of the illustration duo Tomski & Polanski, which she founded with her colleague Lukáš in 2013. They have created their own distinctive visual language, using exaggeration to comment on society and character traits. They often laugh while working and are happy when others have fun. You can find them on the pages of Czech and European newspapers, magazines or in books by contemporary authors. Ilona is an artist with a passion for plump figures, elongated dachshunds and bold colours. She is a co-founder of the Association of Czech Illustrators, which presents the current Czech and Slovak illustration scene through interviews, articles and educational workshops.
Tomski&Polanski have also established themselves on the international scene, working for major clients such as Eurosport, Google and Czech publishers Albatros, Slovart and Leda. Their illustrations have even appeared in campaigns for films by Wes Anderson.
Measuring 30x40 cm, the poster is printed on lithographic paper using the Giclée technique.
