The 'Rest' rocking lounger, designed by Ingmar and Knut Relling, was manufactured in Norway in the 1980s for the company Westnofa.
Its cross base is made of solid black-stained beech wood. The structure is covered in solid black overhead fabric with lacing at the break. The lounger can be adjusted to several positions — simply lean back to move to a different position. The lounger originally included a leather seat, which is not included but can be manufactured.
The lounger is in original condition; the base is scuffed in places and the fabric is slightly worn.
